shall prevail over any and all terms and conditions, proposed by you.
You shall not be able to proceed with your purchase until you have read and agreed to

1. Product Specifications
i. We have a policy of continuous product development and reserve the right to amend.
the specifications of any products without prior notice in relation to future sales.
ii. Products supplied may differ as a consequence from those on display or advertised.
Unless agreed with you, the products supplied will be of equivalent value and
specification.
2. Prices
i. All prices include VAT, where appropriate, at the prevailing rate and are subject to any
promotional offer or discount.
ii. Standard delivery prices apply within the UK mainland. Additional charge apply for
delivery of products outside the UK. You should ensure that you correctly specify your
delivery region before completing your purchase. Failure to correctly specify your delivery
region will likely result in a delay in shipping and additional charges.
iii. The prices displayed on the website are for on?line purchases. If there are any errors,
we reserve the right to amend prices in which case, we will notify you first.
iv. The prices displayed on the website in relation to any on?line promotion are valid
strictly until midnight, GMT, on the day on which the promotion expires, as determined by
us.
3. Payment
i. Payment for products and services will be made with Paypal. You do not require a
Paypal account to make purchases but you must pay by credit, charge or debit card at the
time of order. The price of any product is the price in force at the date and time of your
order. You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing
products which may be offered by us on our website will be correct; that the credit charge
or debit card which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit
facilities to cover the cost of any products. We reserve the right to obtain validation of
your credit charge or debit card details before accepting your order.
ii. Payment will be taken in full at the time of the order.
iii. The contract shall not have been concluded until we have received your valid credit
card charge or debit card payment details and we have accepted your on?line order and
sent you confirmation by return e?mail to the address you have given us during the
checkout procedure and on ordering.
iv. We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you.
v. The transaction will be handled for you by Paypal. The transaction amount will be paid
to Columbus Publishing Ltd.
4. Delivery
i. We will ship products to your billing address or shipping address if specified as different
to your billing address.
ii. We will endeavour to fulfil your order within 5 working days from receipt of payment
although sometimes (due to office shutdowns, major holidays or suppliers being out of
stock on certain items) delivery may take longer.
iii. For pre?orders, we will ship product in line with the details specified on the product
page.
5. Returns, Refunds and Your Right to Cancel
i. We do not accept returns nor will we issue refunds for any reason for products or
services purchased from this website.
ii. All eBook sales are immediate and final and cannot be cancelled once payment has
been confirmed.
ii. You may cancel you order up to the point of shipping by sending an email to books @
columbuspublishing.co.uk If goods have already been shipped, you will not be able to
cancel your order.
6. Disputes or Problems
i. In the case of a dispute, we will aim to resolve the problem immediately. In the event of
a dispute or problem with your goods, you should contact our customer satisfaction

prices/details contained on the website may change from time to time and it is possible
that errors will occur. We will use our best endeavours to rectify any errors, as swiftly as
